The question arising is, how to intensify leadership. The answer is ‘Spirituality’.

For many of us Spirituality is a complex subject. But it’s not; especially if you understand the ABCD (fundamentals) of Spirituality as I learnt recently from Mr.Narashima Murthy’s talk. The ABCD of Spirituality is:

A: Awareness of inner joy
B: Balance of mind and heart
C: Ceiling on desire / Control of senses
D: Dedication to the welfare of the World
